PCJSL GotSport Game Cards
The GotSport game cards (2) is the official document for all PCJSL games. Referees should not start a game unless it is completely filled out with Coaches name, players’ names and jersey numbers, etc.
Send Hard Copy Game Reports to:
PCJSL.GAMECARDS@GMAIL.COM – Please add game number in subject line and scan (.pdf format) or photograph game sheets. If you choose to photograph, use good lighting and make sure that what you send is a good quality photo. If we can’t read the information in the photo, it is worthless to us.
You must confirm the name of all crew members who were present for the game ONLY if different than scheduled by email to PCJSL.refcoordinator@gmail.com with crew information no later than 24 hours after the contest.
