CHECK-IN
The following information will be needed to Check-in your teams:
. Official Roster (AYSO teams need to have RC signature)
. Loan Player forms for all players being borrowed from another club (not needed if within the same club)
. Player Applications and Medical Release forms
. Medical Release forms must have original signatures.
. AYSO teams your Player Applications must have original signatures by the medical release form section
. Player Cards . Player cards must have player photos.
. AYSO teams need to have RC signature on the player cards
. Coaches and Managers need to have player cards with Photos
. NO BIRTH CERTIFICATES WILL BE ACCEPTED
. Please ensure that the player applications, rosters, and player cards have correct information.
. Please have your player applications and player cards in alphabetical order for a quicker check-in process

ROSTERS
Please update your rosters by noon on Sunday February 26th to avoid hand writing your rosters at check-in.
Rosters will be printed for check in on Sunday afternoon.
Roster Freeze
Rosters will be frozen at start of first game. No players will be added to rosters after this point.
Players leaving to play other games during the tournament will not be allowed to re-roster to tournament teams.
GAME SCHEDULES
Preliminary game schedules will be released on February 24th. Schedules will be locked on Sunday February 26th at noon.
