As was in effect last season, AZ Premier League and AZ State League teams may participate as a team in the PCJSL second half as those leagues do not have a second half for the U15 through U19 age groups. However, individual players rostered to teams in those two leagues, may not play as club pass pass players or individual loan players in PCJSL games.
