Previously sold tickets are still valid, but the DRAWING DATE has been moved from Thursday, May 28, 2020, to Thursday, October 29th. The DATE ON THE TICKET, DOES NOT REFLECT THE NEW POSTPONED DATE. How do we order raffle tickets?
Order tickets by filling out the Raffle Ticket Registration Form and submitting to

How do we receive the tickets to sell?
Once you submit the form you will be notified. Tickets can be picked up your tickets at the Conquistadores office:
6450 E. Broadway, Tucson, AZ 85710 (SE corner Broadway & Wilmot)
Why should we participate?
EARN MONEY FOR YOUR ORGANIZATION! You will receive $8 back for every $10 ticket sold. EXAMPLE: 100 tickets requested, 80 SOLD:
return 80 ticket stubs, $800 AND 20 unsold tickets…you receive 80% of $800 = $640
When are tickets/money due back?
All sold, unsold and total collected money, needs to be turned in by:
Friday, October 23, 2020.
What form of payment is accepted?
We prefer one check. If you collect multiple check and cash, please deposit into your account, and write one check to the Tucson Conquistadores
When do we receive our check for 80% of our tickets sold?
Approximately two weeks after money is turned in to the Conquistadores office. If the check due is less than $1,000, we can mail it, if the amount is over $1,000, we prefer in-person pick-up.
Why is the drawing date of May 28, 2020, printed on the ticket?
Due to COVID-19, the drawing was postponed to October 29, 2020

What if our group sells the winning ticket?
The organization will receive a $500 bonus if the name is listed on the back of ticket stub.
