Game Cancellation Procedure

1.) At the earliest possible time, notify the league,

Jeff Welliver at jmw@theriver.com   (Cancellations)
Cheryl Copeland at freedomsc@msn.com  (Field Commissioner)
Maggie Barton and Karen Phillips at cactusmouse@comcast.net  bkphil2@msn.com    (Referee Assignor)
Pat Dunham at patdunham@aol.com PCJSL
Detlef Lange at detleflange@hotmail.com PCJSL

2.) Notify the coach of the team you should have played.
The League will NOT do this for you. Remember that coach will have to call each player on his/her team to notify them that the game is off. Please be polite and give as much notice as possible. Also, give the opposing coach the opportunity to choose a time to make up the game. Coaches contact information can be found on each Club web page or through any PCJSL Board Member

3.) It is your responsibility to reschedule the game.

Please check with Cheryl Copeland for Saturday field availabilities or with your Club assignor to schedule game on any other day. You will need to make sure that referees will be scheduled. Your club coordinator or the referee assignors can help you how to secure referees.
