Welcome back to a new season of soccer! I would like to let you know of a new way to submit your travel authorization for out of state tournaments. You can now access authorization directly from your GotSoccer team accounts. Here are the instructions on how to access the eTravel option.

1. Log into your Team GotSoccer account

2. Click on Events in the blue menu bar

3. Click on Permission to Travel in the grey menu bar

To the right of your team name you will see two eTravel options. One says eTravel Search Events, this is for GotSoccer managed/run tournaments. You will be able to search by tournament event name and submit from there.

The other option says eTravel Other Event. You can use this to search tournaments not managed/run by GotSoccer. You will be able to search t he official tournament name, the start and end dates and which state is hosting the event. The next page that comes up will either populate a list of possible events with a similar name, or you can build your own request.

At the AYSA AGM in January of 2013, the membership voted in favor of a new pricing structure. Within this proposal, travel fees for the U-15 age groups and older were waived, all age groups below U-15 will be charged $25.00 per team for out of state travel.
